Word of warning: I do not recommend keeping your baby covered for extended periods of time, as there isn't a tremendous amount of airflow with these types of covers. If you want something to protect your little one from the weather while going from the car to the house, store, church, etc. that's fine, but don't use it as a sunblock or room darkener. Babies need to breathe!
